ALL Residential photos are temporarily Leased, and owned solely by Boxwood Photos. Rights to the photos are granted for the life of the listing and become void after the house comes off the market. These photos are not to be “loaned-out” or “Resold” for any reason. Permanent Use can be purchased through the “Commercial” option on the booking tab, or via email request.
By default, all of our shooters are trained NOT to overshoot a house, but rather to best highlight the MAIN FEATURES of a home.
Unless otherwise instructed, we will not typically shoot inside garages, unfinished basements, Pantries, or closets.
If you would like to include any of these features or any other special requests, please include it in the “Notes” section of your booking, or in writing prior to the shoot.
